Bloggeruniverse beta update

An update for beta 2 of bloggeruniverse has been released. It contains a few key changes. The posting page has been fixed so the date is submitted correctly. The breaking up of posts has been changed and made better. The bloggeruniverse theme has been updated to include the javascript for posting. Finally, all php tags have been corrected.
